1. 摘要 · Summary

齐齿日记（Aligner Diary）是一款牙套佩戴与牙齿变化记录工具。你的核心治疗记录和牙齿照片留在设备上，不会上传至会员服务器。注册账户后，云端仅保存登录资料及会员权益。

Aligner Diary is a clear-aligner wear and progress tracker. Core treatment records and teeth photos remain on your device and are not uploaded to the membership server. If you create an account, the cloud stores only login details and membership entitlement.

2. App 处理的数据 · Data handled by the app

设备本地数据包括姓名或昵称、疗程计划、佩戴和摘下记录、清洁与状态打卡、提醒偏好、牙齿照片及照片的日期、角度和牙套阶段。未登录购买时，会员验证服务仅处理 Apple 提供的交易号、商品 ID、购买环境、到期时间及退款或撤销状态，不收集邮箱、姓名或齐齿日记用户 ID。只有在你自愿创建账户后，账户服务才会处理邮箱地址、显示名称、随机用户 ID、账户角色和会员权益。为了改进 Pro 购买体验，App 还可以记录进入 Pro 页面、选择套餐、点击购买、取消、购买成功和恢复成功等匿名产品交互事件，以及所选套餐、入口、语言和 App 版本。这些事件使用一次性购买流程编号，不包含账户、永久设备标识、牙齿照片、佩戴记录或健康信息。你可以随时在“我的 → 匿名产品改进统计”中关闭。我们不会接收完整银行卡号或 Apple 账户密码。

On-device data includes a name or nickname, treatment plan, wear and break records, care and condition check-ins, reminder preferences, teeth photos and photo metadata. For signed-out purchases, the membership verification service processes only the transaction ID, product ID, purchase environment, expiry, and refund or revocation status supplied by Apple; it does not collect an email address, name or Aligner Diary user ID. Only if you voluntarily create an account does the account service process an email address, display name, random user ID, account role and entitlement. To improve the Pro purchase experience, the app may also record anonymous product-interaction events such as viewing Pro, selecting a plan, tapping purchase, canceling, purchasing successfully and restoring successfully, together with the selected plan, entry point, language and app version. These events use a one-time purchase-flow identifier and contain no account, persistent device identifier, teeth photo, wear record or health information. You can turn this off at any time under Profile → Anonymous product analytics. We do not receive full card details or your Apple Account password.

3. 相机与照片权限 · Camera and photo permissions

只有在你主动添加牙齿照片时，App 才请求相机或照片资料库权限。所选照片会复制到 App 的本地存储区域，用于在“进度”页面展示。

The app requests camera or photo-library access only when you actively add a teeth photo. A selected image is copied to the app’s local storage so it can appear in Progress.

4. 服务商、共享、广告与追踪 · Providers, sharing, ads and tracking

Supabase 代表我们提供账户认证、会员数据库和上述匿名产品交互事件的存储服务；Apple 处理 App 内购买、付款、退款和交易验证。数据仅在提供和改善这些功能所需的范围内处理。我们不会出售或出租个人数据，不包含广告、跨 App 追踪或第三方行为分析 SDK，也不会将牙套记录或牙齿照片发送给这些服务商。匿名产品交互事件仅由 Sia 在汇总后台中用于判断购买流程是否清晰。

Supabase provides account authentication, membership database and storage for the anonymous product-interaction events described above. Apple processes in-app purchases, payments, refunds and transaction verification. Data is processed only as needed to provide and improve these functions. We do not sell or rent personal data, use advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, or send aligner records or teeth photos to these providers. Anonymous product-interaction events are available only to Sia in an aggregated admin view to evaluate whether the purchase flow is clear.

5. 保留、安全与删除 · Retention, security and deletion

本地数据保留到你删除记录、删除照片或卸载 App。你可以在“我的 → 账户与会员”中永久删除账户；这会删除云端登录资料与会员记录。设备上的牙套记录和照片不会因删除云端账户而自动消失，仍可在 App 内逐项删除或通过卸载 App 清除。删除账户不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，请先在 Apple 账户的“订阅”中取消续订。Apple 可能根据自己的法律和财务义务保留交易记录。

Local data remains until you delete an entry or photo or uninstall the app. You can permanently delete your account in Profile → Account & membership; this removes cloud login details and membership records. On-device records and photos are not automatically erased with the cloud account and can be deleted in the app or removed by uninstalling it. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel renewal first in Apple Account Subscriptions. Apple may retain transaction records under its own legal and financial obligations.

6. 儿童隐私 · Children’s privacy

齐齿日记不是专为 13 岁以下儿童设计的服务，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。未成年人应在父母、监护人和专业牙医的指导下使用。

Aligner Diary is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Minors should use it with guidance from a parent or guardian and a dental professional.

7. 医疗免责声明 · Medical disclaimer

App 仅供个人记录，不构成医疗设备、诊断或治疗建议，也不能代替牙医或正畸医生。紧急情况请联系当地急救服务。

The app is for personal tracking only. It is not a medical device, diagnosis or treatment recommendation and does not replace a dentist or orthodontist. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

8. 政策更新 · Changes

如果 App 的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页面和生效日期。重大变化会在适当情况下通过 App 或产品页面说明。

If the app’s data practices change, this page and its effective date will be updated. Material changes will be communicated in the app or product information where appropriate.
